第 一 章

Chapter 1 Technical specification

Main performance and applications

电子称重耐压式皮带给煤机用于电力或其它行业锅炉用煤的计量给料. 给料过程为皮带连续给料. 给料机将来自于用户给料仓或其它给料设备的物料输送并通过称重桥架进行重量检测; 同时装于尾轮的测速传感器对皮带进行速度检测; 被检测的重量信号及速度信号一同送入6105P 积算器进行微积分处理并显示以吨每小时为单位的瞬时流量及以吨为单位的累计量. 其内部调节器将实测瞬时流量信号值与经过通讯板来自于工控机的设定流量值进行比较, 并根据偏离大小输出相应的信号值, 通过变频器改变电机转速的快慢以改变给料量使之与设定值一致, 从而完成恒定给料流量的控制. 累积量信号被送入工控机, 实现设定给料总量达标停机功能。运输及计量均在坚固的耐压腔体内进行. 在输送及计量下部设有刮板式清扫装置, 撒落料及飞灰都能被清理到出煤口. 整个系统设有皮带跑偏报警, 堵煤报警, 断煤报警, 断链报警和腔内超温报警。机体外壳开有多个观察窗、照明灯,便于随时观察机器运转情况。

Weighing pressure-tight belt coal feeder is used on the batching feeding of the power plant or coal feeding applications in other industries. The feeding process is a continuous belt feeding process. The feeder will feed the materials from the customer ’s feed hopper or other feed equipments and weigh the weight of the materials through the weighbridge. Meanwhile, the speed sensor in the tail roller measures the speed of the belt. The measured weight signals and speed signals are sent into the 6105P integrator together for the calculous calculation and the instantaneous flow rate in ton/hour unit and the totals in ton unit will be displayed. The inner adapter compares the measured instantaneous flow rate signal values with the preset flow rate values from the computer through the communication board, outputs the 3

relevant signal values based on the deviation, changes the rotate speed of the motor and make the feed rate same with the preset ones through the transducer and thus complete the control of the invariable feed rate. The total signals are sent into the computer for setting the stop function when the total reaches the standards. Conveyance and measurement are both carried out in the solid pressure tight body. There is a sweep-cleaning device, which can clean the spilled material and the fly ash to the coal discharger, in the lower part of the conveyance and measurement part. There are belt run-off alarm, coal blockage alarm, no coal alarm, chain breaking alarm and over-temperature alarm inside the body in the system. There are several monitoring windows, lights on the housing for the easy monitoring of the machines ’ operation. Structure introduction

电子称重耐压式皮带给煤机的壳体是由钢板卷成的密封槽体,其两端及侧面开有密封良好,方便安装、检修的活动门. 输送、计量各部件均固定在槽体两侧壁上,整体刚性好,有利于计量. 此外,耐压给煤机还包括一些辅件(进、出料口电动闸板阀等)。下面分别简单介绍:

The housing of the weighing pressure-tight belt coal feeder is a sealed trough body welded with steel plate. There are easy installed and access doors that are well sealed on both ends and the sides of the housing. The conveyance and measurement parts are all mounted on the sidewalls of the chute, which are of excellent integral solidness and good for the measurement. Additionally, the pressure tight coal feeder includes some parts (inlet electric gate valve, outlet electric gate valve, etc.). Please read the following for the details:

1. 头轮为胶面人字齿, 尾轮为钢面腰鼓形, 有利于对皮带的纠偏. 其轴承采用外球面球轴承, 安装形式为立式, 具有自动调心功能, 对安装精度 4

要求不高。出厂时此轴承已预填装润滑脂并采用双层密封形式, 因此尤其适用于粉尘较多的场合. The head roller is rubber herringbone tooth and the tail roller is of steel drum type which are good for the correction of the belt disalignment. The bearing, which contains the auto-center adjusting function and doesn ’t have high mount requirement. The bearing has been put with the lubrication and double sealed in the factory, so it is especially suitable for the environment with much dust.

2. 本机在受料区布有四组平托辊以减少料仓物料对皮带的冲击; 皮带秤一组作为称重托辊; 托辊为钢面圆柱形, 其表面为加工面, 相对于托辊轴的径向跳动减小, 有利于计量; 托辊两端装有向心球轴承, 外侧为迷宫式密封圈, 适用于粉尘较大的场合. There are 4 groups of flat idlers on the receiving place of the machine to reduce the impact of the material from the hopper to the belt. The idlers of the belt scale are taken as the weighing idlers. The idlers are steel cylindrical model, the surface is machined surface and reduce the circular run-out to the idler shaft, which is good for the measurement. There are annular ball bearing on both ends of the idler, the outer is labyrinth seal ring that are good for the application with dust.

3. 胶带环形阻燃裙边胶带。既能够承受一定的温度,又防止了物料的撒落。皮带张紧器采用螺旋张紧器,能很方便的调整皮带张力和纠偏皮带。The belt is endless anti-flaming ripple belt with skirt webbing. It can bear a certain temperature and avoid the splashing of the materials as well. The take-up device uses the screw take-up, which is easy to adjust the tension of the belt and corrects the run-off of the belt.

4. 电子称重桥架采用全悬浮式, 称重传感器精度高、稳定性能好,具有 5

良好的温度补偿性。秤体不需要维护,秤架无物料堆积,由此产生的零点漂移的可能性不复存在。The weighing bridge adopts the full suspending type. The load cell is of high accuracy and stability and has the excellent temperature compensation. The scale body needs no maintenance. There is no possibility of producing zero shifting for there are no materials piled up on the weighbridge.

5. 头尾部设有头部清扫器和内部清扫器。能够清扫掉皮带里、外面粘附的粉料,可以避免物料的重复计量和由于粉料粘结而导致的皮带跑偏。头部清扫器刮板为高分子聚乙烯板,内部清扫器刮板为橡胶板。There are head cleaner and inner cleaner on the head and tail, which can clean the dust and powder in the belt or attached on the out surface of the belt to avoid the repeated measurement of the materials and the belt disalignment caused by the sticking of the powder. The head cleaner scraper is a macromolecule polyethylene one and the inner cleaner scraper is a rubber one.

6. 在底部槽体内还设有链传动式刮板清扫装置和密封风接口。刮板清扫链用于清理飞灰和撒落料。在密封风接口接入正压密封风能够密封播煤热风、防止热风回流。There are chain drive sweep cleaner and sealing wind opening in the bottom of housing. The sweep clean chain is used to clean the fly ash and spilled materials. Filling positive pressure seal wind can seal the seeding coal wind and prevent the hot wind back stream.

7. 给煤机机壳上两端开有观察窗,顶部装有防爆照明灯。可以随时观察给煤机里的运行情况,而不须打开门或停止给煤机的运行。There are monitoring windows on both ends of the coal feeder housing and there are explosion proof luminaries on the top of the coal feeder housing for the easy monitoring of the 6

machine ’s performance without opening the door or stop the operation of the coal feeder.

8. 主驱动和清扫刮板驱动结构紧凑、维护量小。The main drive and clean scraper drive is of compact type and need little maintenance.

9. 进料斗导料槽出口处设有整形闸门,可以方便调整给料量的大小并保证皮带上物料均匀分布,使称重精度达到最佳效果。There is a shaping gate at the outlet of the feeding hopper guide chute, which can easily regulate the feed rate and ensure the uniform distribution of the materials on the belt to make the weighing accuracy to the best one.

1.7安装和使用注意事项Notes for installation and operation

安装及使用之前了解结构及性能是很重要的. It is necessary and important to learn equipment structure and performance before installation and operation

1.7.1 机械部分Mechanical Section

1.7.1.1 给料机须固定在刚性较好的水平基础上, 每个支腿须与基础牢固 连接, 避免虚接, 以免影响计量. coal feeder must be mounted in

horizontal base with good rigidity, every leg should be mounted with base

rigidly without loosing to assure the accurate measurement.

1.7.1.2 在与给料仓连接后应采取措施减少料仓振动下料引起的给料 机的振动和冲击; 给料机稳固于基础是首先考虑的. After connecting

with feeding silo, some measures should be taken to reduce impact and

vibration caused by silo discharging. Feeder fixing should be considered firstly.

1.7.1.3 在调试和使用之前旋松称重传感器下的安全限位螺钉, 此螺钉用

于运输和安装工程中保护传感器。Loose the safe limitation screw under

load cell before commissioning and operation, this screw is used for protecting

sensor during transportation and installation. And turn-on the protection terminal

strand of load cell to suited location.

1.7.1.4 在调试和使用之前应检查所有的连接件是否松动; 头尾轮及各托 辊上母线是否在同一平面内包括关键的称重托辊. Checking all the

connecting parts to make sure that all parts are fastened, whether head tail roller

and all idlers generatrix and the key weigh roller are in a same plane.

1.7.1.5 本机出厂时各润滑点(减速机除外) 均已填充油脂, 首次使用时不 须润滑. All the grease points(except for gear motor) should be greased before

leaving factory, no grease needed for the first usage.

1.7.1.6 本机运行之前须给皮带施加予张力, 注意在调整张力时尽量使皮 带两侧张力均衡; 在皮带跑合期间其张力不要太大. Before operation,

tension should be brought to belt, make sure that tension on both sides of belt is

balanced. During period of belt running, its tension should not be too great.

1.7.1.7 在安装、调试及运行时防止异物对称重区的冲击和过载以免造成 称重传感器的损坏。Avoid impact on weighing area to protect loadcell from

damaging and overload when installing, commissioning and operation. 1.7.2 电气部分Electrical section

1.7.2.1 接线前请详细参阅控制原理图、接线图及6105B 仪表说明书,运

行之前仔细检查有无短路和接错。Before wiring, please refer to control

principle drawing, wiring drawing, and Model 6105B integrator manual. Before

operation, check whether there is short circuit or wrong circuit.

1.7.2.2 不要随便改变称重传感器及速度传感器电缆的规格型号和长度.

Do not change load cell and speed sensor cable’s specification, type, and length.

1.7.2.3 称重传感器和速度传感器电缆与动力电缆不可同时穿一根管, 应 分管穿线. Load cell and speed sensor cable and power cable can not go

through one pipe, they should go through pipe individually.

1.7.2.4 按仪表说明书要求正确操作使用仪表, 仪表内参数不得随便改动; 根据使用情况合理确定校准周期以确保计量精度, 并做好校准后 的数据记录. Operate integrator correctly as per integrator manual. No

changes can be made on integrator data. Define calibration period according to

usage to assure measurement accuracy, meanwhile make data report after

calibration.

Chapter 2 Electrical Operation

注意:在初次使用之前,应做好以下工作:

• 检查给煤机秤体与机架连接是否可靠,校正水平;

• 确保各电源线按照图纸正确连接;

• 确保各信号线按照图纸正确连接;

CAUTION: THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURE SHOULD BE DONE BEFORE THE FIRST OPERATION.

• Examine whether the feeder weighbridge and the body are connected firmly and calibrated level. Make sure that the power cables are connected correctly according to the drawing. Make sure that all the signal cables are connected correctly according to the

drawing.

2.1. 手动操作

MANUAL OPERATION

2.1.1给煤机接通主电源前,要注意检查各按钮开关位置,使之处于断开位置,在控制柜操作面板上使给煤机工作方式选择开关处于“就地”位置,控制柜中的总电源开关及其它电源断路器置于断开位置。

Before the feeder power on, please examine all buttons status. Make sure that all buttons are on “OFF ” position. The feeder working mode selection switch should be placed on “LOCAL ” position. The general power switch on the control box and other power breaker should be OFF .

2.1.2 检查机械秤体部分有无异物卡住或其它影响开机故障,检查皮带是否跑偏,跑偏开关是否复位。

Clear sundries and other factors which affect start in mechanical scale body. Prevent belt running off and make run-off switch reposition.

2.1.3 检查机械部分正常后,闭合总电源开关(见有关电气图纸)。闭合变频器电源开关,此时控制柜内变频器得电,变频器上的LED 显示相关信息。操作变频器面板可以显示输出端运转频率,电流、电压、线速度、转矩等相关参数,也可以显示变频器的输入状态。输入端连接是否错误或断线等信息(详细操作参见《变频器说明手册》),但此时现场的输送电机应不运转。

After examining the mechanical section and confirm everything ’s good, select the general power switch “0QF ”(Please see the relevant electrical drawings). Close the power switch of the frequency inverter and the switch of the motor heater, and the frequency inverter in control box has power available, the LED display relevant information. The output frequency, current, voltage, line speed and torque parameter could be displayed by the inverter panel. Also, the status of inverter input, input connection error or cable broken information could be displayed (please see the FREQUENCY INVERTER MANUAL for reference). But the motor should not be run at the moment.

2.1.4 在控制柜中给仪表送电:则仪表得电并有显示,流量为零。

Power on the integrator from control box: integrator has power and display. The flow-rate is zero (0)

2.1.5 闭合清扫链电源开关、出口闸门控制电源、控制电源开关及给煤机照明灯电源开关,此时运行前准备工作就绪,注意观察系统有无异常及故障情况,如有报警需检查故障原因并及时排除故障。

Close the power switch and inlet gate control power and outlet gate control power and the control power and the light power breaker. The preparation work before operation are ready. Observe whether there are any abnormity or fault, in case find fault, please investigate the reason and eliminate it.

2.1.6 设定变频器参数,使变频器操作方法设定在 “端子信号操作”状态,频率设定命令设定在 “键盘操作”状态。(参阅《变频器说明手册》),最高频率设置在50HZ ,基本频率也设置在50HZ 。

Frequency inverter parameter setting: set the inverter work mode to “terminal signal operation ” mode, set frequency setting as “keypad operation ” mode ( see FREQUENCY INVETER MANUAL for reference). The highest frequency is set as 50Hz, the basic frequency is set as 50Hz too.

2.1.7就地开出料闸门:闭合出口闸门控制电源, 将旋钮旋到“就地”位置,然后将旋

钮旋到“开”位置则出料闸门打开,旋到“关” 则出料闸门关闭。

Manually open the outlet gate: Firstly close the breaker, turn the knob to “local ” position,and then turn the knob to “open ” position, and the outlet gate will be opened; Turn the knob to “close ” position, and then the outlet gate will be closed.

2.1.8 启动给煤机:在控制箱面板上按下“输送机启动”按钮,使继电器吸合,变频器启动信号闭合,此时给煤机运行。 输送机运行指示灯点亮。在变频器操作面板上按频率增大按钮使变频器输出频率增大,输出电压电流发生变化且现场电机的转速也发生相应变化; 在输送机运行过程中,要检查皮带是否跑偏,若跑偏要及时通过螺旋张紧器对皮带进行跑偏校正。按下控制柜面板上停止按钮则输送机停止。

Start feeder: press ‘conveyor start’ button on control box panel, relays is excited. The frequency inverter starts signal ‘on ’, the feeder runs. The conveyor run indicator is on. Press frequency increase button on inverter control box to increase the frequency output, the voltage and current output changes and the motor speed changes accordingly. During the operation of the feeder, it ’s necessary to check whether the belt runs off. In case the belt runs off, the screw tension adjuster should be adjusted to correct the belt. Press ‘conveyor stop’ buttonon control box panel to stop feeder.

2.1.9 启动清扫器:在控制箱上将清扫方式开关选择到手动位置, 按下”清扫器启动”按钮,接触器吸合,清扫电机得电, 清扫器运行。 清扫器运行指示灯亮。

The Purging motor can be manually started and stopped from the control box. Set the purging mode selector switch on the control box to “Manual ” position to start the purging motor. Press “purging Start” button from the operation panel to make the contactor pick up. At this time, the purging motor is energized to start operation. The Run light of the purging lights.

2.1.10 仪表参数设定:在运行一段时间皮带驱于稳定后,可对6105B 仪表参数设定(详见《6105B 仪表使用说明书》),如输入仪表小数点位置、秤的单位、秤容量、传感器容量及其灵敏度,皮带一周长度、标定方式、低流量报警设定等原始参数(初次使用时需输入原始参数,正常使用时一般不要随便改变或重输入这些原始参数)。

Integrator parameter setting: after the belt feeder runs stably for a while, the parameter of integrator 6105B could be set. (See details in 6105B INTEGRATOR OPERATION MANUAL for reference.) The original parameter, such as decimal location, scale unit, scale capacity, load cell capacity and sensitivity, belt one cycle length, calibration mode, low rate alarm setting, etc. could be set. (Enter original parameters for the first time operation. DO NOT change or re-enter these original parameters at will in normal operation)

2.1.11 称重给料机的标定

首先获取测试周期,然后进行零点标定,零点稳定后可进行间隔标定。间隔的标定有实物标定、链码标定、挂码标定等方法。经过几次的间隔标定,使秤达到了称重计量标准,就可用于物料的正常称重计量、累计。具体标定步骤详见《6105B 仪表说明书》。

Calibrate the feeder to obtain test period first and then run zero calibration. After zero stables, run span calibration. There are three kinds of span calibrations, they are material calibration, chain calibration and test weight calibration respectively. After several times span calibration, the scale reach weighing measure standards and can be used to measure, totalize the materials. For detailed calibration procedure, please see 6105B INTEGRATOR OPERATION MANUAL for reference.

2.1.12 当秤标定完成后,就可以进行PID 自动控制的调整。首先将变频器的频率设定命令设置在 “电压和电流输入”状态,6105B 仪表处于 “自动”状态,通过键盘设 19

定给料量设定值,则系统进行自动恒量给料状态,适当调节PID 参数,使系统响应快、超调小,达到最佳控制状态。6105B 仪表根据给料量设定值,通过输出4-20mA 信号控制变频器、自动调整皮带机转速,使动态流量尽可能接近设定值,同时仪表显示出控制误差值。

After calibration, run PID auto control adjusting. At first, set ‘frequency set order’ of the frequency inverter to “voltage and current input” mode, set 6105B integrator to “auto ” mode, set the feed rate via keypad. The system goes into auto fixed-rate feeding mode. Adjusting the PID parameters properly to make the system response quickly and reach the optimum control condition. The integrator 6105B adjusts the belt speed automatically via 4-20mA output according to the setting feed rate, making the dynamic flow-rate to approach the set value. The integrator displays control error value at the same time. The auto calibration of controller please refer to

2.1.13 故障处理及信息显示.

在控制柜上有多个指示灯, 以反映设备的运行状态。分别代表电源指示、输送机运

行指示、清扫链运行指示、清扫链断链报警指示、超温报警指示、跑偏报警指示、堵煤报警指示、变频器故障等。(详见电气元件布置图)。如出现所指示内容的故障请按照所反映的内容及时加以排除。

Fault disposal and information display

There ’re many indicator lights on control cabinet to show the equipments state. They represent power, conveyor running, purging running, chain broken alarm, overtemperature alarm, misalignment alarm, outlet blocking alarm, transducer fault alarm and so on. If there’s any fault, you should remove it in time.

2.2. 自动控制

AUTOMATIC OPERATION

进入自动工作方式之前,请注意将所有给煤机按上述类似的方法进行调试,只有

经调试确认每台给煤机完全工作正常后才可进行自动工作。

Prior to auto control, please note all feeders should be commissioned as per the guide above. Only those feeders that being commissioned and confirmed to be able to normally operate could run auto operation.

2.2.1需自动运行,系统全部送电, 这时将控制箱上的操作旋钮、闸门控制箱上的旋钮旋到远程位置及清扫按钮旋到“自动”,进行启停操作并指示其状态。

Put the system into automatic operation, and power all the equipments. In order to allow remote operation by customer, both the selector switch on the control box and the selector switch on the outlet gate control box should be set to “Remote ”. And set the purging switchon the control box to “Auto ” position.

2.2.2 在远程启停信号消失时,系统将停止输送机和清扫链。

The conveyor will be stopped by receiving remote stop signal.

Conveyor and cleaner reducer

3.1.1 油位检查:至少每六个月检查一次; 检查时须停止电源并减速器冷却 下来方能拆开油位塞检查油样和油位, 然后酌情补充润滑油或更换.. Oil level inspection should be done every six months. During oil sample and oil level inspection, the power must be shut down and after the reducer cools down. Fill or replace lubricating oil if necessary.

3.1.2 油的更换:更换油时须停止电源并减速器冷却下来方能拆掉油位塞通气阀/排气阀和排油塞将油全部排除; 拧入排油塞通过通气孔注入新的油并至油位塞要求位置, 然后拧入油位塞, 拧入通气塞和通气阀.. Oil replacement: During oil replacement, the power must be shut down and after the reducer cools down, the oil level plug ventilation valve, exhaust valve and oil plug should be removed to empty the oil. Screw the oil plug to fill new oil through the venthole to the required level and screw the oil level plug. Screw vent plug and vent valve.

Bearing for Head & tail pulley

3.2.1 润滑脂: 2#工业锂基润滑脂. Grease: 2# industrial lithium grease

3.2.2 润滑方式: 油枪注油. Grease method: filling with oil gun

3.2.3 润滑周期: 每隔两周加注一次油脂. Grease Period: every two weeks

3.2.4 注意事项: 必须按规定油脂牌号加注, 避免用不同种类油脂混合变质 影响轴承使用; 加脂时不宜使用过分的压力以免损坏密封装置; 加注

油脂以新脂从轴承内部略有挤出为宜. Matters should be noted: use grease

specified, avoid using various type of grease, which will cause deteriorate and then

influence bearing’s operating. When adding grease, to protect seal unit from damaged,

not to impose great pressure on it. Grease filled should be squeezed a little from

inside of bearing, which is preferred.

运行过程中应经定期检查托辊转动是否灵活, 出现不转或滞转的应取 出托辊将迷宫式密封圈拆下, 检查轴承并酌情换之同时抹入普通钙基 润滑脂将密封圈装入. 注意装密封圈时须将其侵入热水中使其变软否 则易损坏密封圈.

During period of operating, idlers should be checked and tested for their flexibility

periodically, once no cycling or dull cycling occurs, remove these idlers and then

remove the labyrinth seal loop, check bearings and replace them accordingly, and

meanwhile, put a little lime grease into and replace the seal loop. Please noted that

before replace seal loop, put it into warm water and soften it, otherwise seal loop is

easy to damage.)

使用过程中应经常观察皮带的张力大小及跑偏情况, 酌情调整尾轮张 紧器使皮带张力适中并稳定运行; 必要时可更换During operating,

operator should observe whether belt run off and belt tension, etc…, to make sure belt

runs normally, adjust the tail roller ’s tensioner to get a right tension, if necessary,

replace the belt.

每一个月将秤架浮灰清理一次; 并重点检查称重托辊运转是否灵活、 称重托辊支架及整个秤体与机架固定螺拴是否松动酌情处理. Clean weight bridge once every month, check whether weighing idler runs flexible, whether weighing idler carriage and the whole scale as well as setscrews loose, any problem found, operator should take some measure promptly, to maintain weighing bridge’s normal operating.

电子称重耐压式皮带给煤机用于电力或其它行业锅炉用煤的计量给料. 给料过程为皮带连续给料. 给料机将来自于用户给料仓或其它给料设备的物料输送并通过称重桥架进行重量检测; 同时装于尾轮的测速传感器对皮带进行速度检测; 被检测的重量信号及速度信号一同送入6105P 积算器进行微积分处理并显示以吨每小时为单位的瞬时流量及以吨为单位的累计量. 其内部调节器将实测瞬时流量信号值与经过通讯板来自于工控机的设定流量值进行比较, 并根据偏离大小输出相应的信号值, 通过变频器改变电机转速的快慢以改变给料量使之与设定值一致, 从而完成恒定给料流量的控制. 累积量信号被送入工控机, 实现设定给料总量达标停机功能。运输及计量均在坚固的耐压腔体内进行. 在输送及计量下部设有刮板式清扫装置, 撒落料及飞灰都能被清理到出煤口. 整个系统设有皮带跑偏报警, 堵煤报警, 断煤报警, 断链报警和腔内超温报警。机体外壳开有多个观察窗、照明灯,便于随时观察机器运转情况。

Weighing pressure-tight belt coal feeder is used on the batching feeding of the power plant or coal feeding applications in other industries. The feeding process is a continuous belt feeding process. The feeder will feed the materials from the customer ’s feed hopper or other feed equipments and weigh the weight of the materials through the weighbridge. Meanwhile, the speed sensor in the tail roller measures the speed of the belt. The measured weight signals and speed signals are sent into the 6105P integrator together for the calculous calculation and the instantaneous flow rate in ton/hour unit and the totals in ton unit will be displayed. The inner adapter compares the measured instantaneous flow rate signal values with the preset flow rate values from the computer through the communication board, outputs the 3

relevant signal values based on the deviation, changes the rotate speed of the motor and make the feed rate same with the preset ones through the transducer and thus complete the control of the invariable feed rate. The total signals are sent into the computer for setting the stop function when the total reaches the standards. Conveyance and measurement are both carried out in the solid pressure tight body. There is a sweep-cleaning device, which can clean the spilled material and the fly ash to the coal discharger, in the lower part of the conveyance and measurement part. There are belt run-off alarm, coal blockage alarm, no coal alarm, chain breaking alarm and over-temperature alarm inside the body in the system. There are several monitoring windows, lights on the housing for the easy monitoring of the machines ’ operation. Structure introduction

The housing of the weighing pressure-tight belt coal feeder is a sealed trough body welded with steel plate. There are easy installed and access doors that are well sealed on both ends and the sides of the housing. The conveyance and measurement parts are all mounted on the sidewalls of the chute, which are of excellent integral solidness and good for the measurement. Additionally, the pressure tight coal feeder includes some parts (inlet electric gate valve, outlet electric gate valve, etc.). Please read the following for the details:

1. 头轮为胶面人字齿, 尾轮为钢面腰鼓形, 有利于对皮带的纠偏. 其轴承采用外球面球轴承, 安装形式为立式, 具有自动调心功能, 对安装精度 4

要求不高。出厂时此轴承已预填装润滑脂并采用双层密封形式, 因此尤其适用于粉尘较多的场合. The head roller is rubber herringbone tooth and the tail roller is of steel drum type which are good for the correction of the belt disalignment. The bearing, which contains the auto-center adjusting function and doesn ’t have high mount requirement. The bearing has been put with the lubrication and double sealed in the factory, so it is especially suitable for the environment with much dust.

2. 本机在受料区布有四组平托辊以减少料仓物料对皮带的冲击; 皮带秤一组作为称重托辊; 托辊为钢面圆柱形, 其表面为加工面, 相对于托辊轴的径向跳动减小, 有利于计量; 托辊两端装有向心球轴承, 外侧为迷宫式密封圈, 适用于粉尘较大的场合. There are 4 groups of flat idlers on the receiving place of the machine to reduce the impact of the material from the hopper to the belt. The idlers of the belt scale are taken as the weighing idlers. The idlers are steel cylindrical model, the surface is machined surface and reduce the circular run-out to the idler shaft, which is good for the measurement. There are annular ball bearing on both ends of the idler, the outer is labyrinth seal ring that are good for the application with dust.

3. 胶带环形阻燃裙边胶带。既能够承受一定的温度,又防止了物料的撒落。皮带张紧器采用螺旋张紧器,能很方便的调整皮带张力和纠偏皮带。The belt is endless anti-flaming ripple belt with skirt webbing. It can bear a certain temperature and avoid the splashing of the materials as well. The take-up device uses the screw take-up, which is easy to adjust the tension of the belt and corrects the run-off of the belt.

4. 电子称重桥架采用全悬浮式, 称重传感器精度高、稳定性能好,具有 5

良好的温度补偿性。秤体不需要维护,秤架无物料堆积,由此产生的零点漂移的可能性不复存在。The weighing bridge adopts the full suspending type. The load cell is of high accuracy and stability and has the excellent temperature compensation. The scale body needs no maintenance. There is no possibility of producing zero shifting for there are no materials piled up on the weighbridge.

5. 头尾部设有头部清扫器和内部清扫器。能够清扫掉皮带里、外面粘附的粉料,可以避免物料的重复计量和由于粉料粘结而导致的皮带跑偏。头部清扫器刮板为高分子聚乙烯板,内部清扫器刮板为橡胶板。There are head cleaner and inner cleaner on the head and tail, which can clean the dust and powder in the belt or attached on the out surface of the belt to avoid the repeated measurement of the materials and the belt disalignment caused by the sticking of the powder. The head cleaner scraper is a macromolecule polyethylene one and the inner cleaner scraper is a rubber one.

6. 在底部槽体内还设有链传动式刮板清扫装置和密封风接口。刮板清扫链用于清理飞灰和撒落料。在密封风接口接入正压密封风能够密封播煤热风、防止热风回流。There are chain drive sweep cleaner and sealing wind opening in the bottom of housing. The sweep clean chain is used to clean the fly ash and spilled materials. Filling positive pressure seal wind can seal the seeding coal wind and prevent the hot wind back stream.

7. 给煤机机壳上两端开有观察窗,顶部装有防爆照明灯。可以随时观察给煤机里的运行情况,而不须打开门或停止给煤机的运行。There are monitoring windows on both ends of the coal feeder housing and there are explosion proof luminaries on the top of the coal feeder housing for the easy monitoring of the 6

machine ’s performance without opening the door or stop the operation of the coal feeder.

8. 主驱动和清扫刮板驱动结构紧凑、维护量小。The main drive and clean scraper drive is of compact type and need little maintenance.

9. 进料斗导料槽出口处设有整形闸门,可以方便调整给料量的大小并保证皮带上物料均匀分布,使称重精度达到最佳效果。There is a shaping gate at the outlet of the feeding hopper guide chute, which can easily regulate the feed rate and ensure the uniform distribution of the materials on the belt to make the weighing accuracy to the best one.

1.7安装和使用注意事项Notes for installation and operation

安装及使用之前了解结构及性能是很重要的. It is necessary and important to learn equipment structure and performance before installation and operation

1.7.1 机械部分Mechanical Section

1.7.1.1 给料机须固定在刚性较好的水平基础上, 每个支腿须与基础牢固 连接, 避免虚接, 以免影响计量. coal feeder must be mounted in

horizontal base with good rigidity, every leg should be mounted with base

rigidly without loosing to assure the accurate measurement.

1.7.1.2 在与给料仓连接后应采取措施减少料仓振动下料引起的给料 机的振动和冲击; 给料机稳固于基础是首先考虑的. After connecting

with feeding silo, some measures should be taken to reduce impact and

vibration caused by silo discharging. Feeder fixing should be considered firstly.

1.7.1.3 在调试和使用之前旋松称重传感器下的安全限位螺钉, 此螺钉用

于运输和安装工程中保护传感器。Loose the safe limitation screw under

load cell before commissioning and operation, this screw is used for protecting

sensor during transportation and installation. And turn-on the protection terminal

strand of load cell to suited location.

1.7.1.4 在调试和使用之前应检查所有的连接件是否松动; 头尾轮及各托 辊上母线是否在同一平面内包括关键的称重托辊. Checking all the

connecting parts to make sure that all parts are fastened, whether head tail roller

and all idlers generatrix and the key weigh roller are in a same plane.

1.7.1.5 本机出厂时各润滑点(减速机除外) 均已填充油脂, 首次使用时不 须润滑. All the grease points(except for gear motor) should be greased before

leaving factory, no grease needed for the first usage.

1.7.1.6 本机运行之前须给皮带施加予张力, 注意在调整张力时尽量使皮 带两侧张力均衡; 在皮带跑合期间其张力不要太大. Before operation,

tension should be brought to belt, make sure that tension on both sides of belt is

balanced. During period of belt running, its tension should not be too great.

1.7.1.7 在安装、调试及运行时防止异物对称重区的冲击和过载以免造成 称重传感器的损坏。Avoid impact on weighing area to protect loadcell from

damaging and overload when installing, commissioning and operation. 1.7.2 电气部分Electrical section

1.7.2.1 接线前请详细参阅控制原理图、接线图及6105B 仪表说明书,运

行之前仔细检查有无短路和接错。Before wiring, please refer to control

principle drawing, wiring drawing, and Model 6105B integrator manual. Before

operation, check whether there is short circuit or wrong circuit.

1.7.2.2 不要随便改变称重传感器及速度传感器电缆的规格型号和长度.

Do not change load cell and speed sensor cable’s specification, type, and length.

1.7.2.3 称重传感器和速度传感器电缆与动力电缆不可同时穿一根管, 应 分管穿线. Load cell and speed sensor cable and power cable can not go

through one pipe, they should go through pipe individually.

1.7.2.4 按仪表说明书要求正确操作使用仪表, 仪表内参数不得随便改动; 根据使用情况合理确定校准周期以确保计量精度, 并做好校准后 的数据记录. Operate integrator correctly as per integrator manual. No

changes can be made on integrator data. Define calibration period according to

usage to assure measurement accuracy, meanwhile make data report after

calibration.

注意:在初次使用之前,应做好以下工作:

• 检查给煤机秤体与机架连接是否可靠,校正水平;

• 确保各电源线按照图纸正确连接;

• 确保各信号线按照图纸正确连接;

CAUTION: THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURE SHOULD BE DONE BEFORE THE FIRST OPERATION.

• Examine whether the feeder weighbridge and the body are connected firmly and calibrated level. Make sure that the power cables are connected correctly according to the drawing. Make sure that all the signal cables are connected correctly according to the

drawing.

2.1. 手动操作

MANUAL OPERATION

2.1.1给煤机接通主电源前,要注意检查各按钮开关位置,使之处于断开位置,在控制柜操作面板上使给煤机工作方式选择开关处于“就地”位置,控制柜中的总电源开关及其它电源断路器置于断开位置。

Before the feeder power on, please examine all buttons status. Make sure that all buttons are on “OFF ” position. The feeder working mode selection switch should be placed on “LOCAL ” position. The general power switch on the control box and other power breaker should be OFF .

2.1.2 检查机械秤体部分有无异物卡住或其它影响开机故障,检查皮带是否跑偏,跑偏开关是否复位。

Clear sundries and other factors which affect start in mechanical scale body. Prevent belt running off and make run-off switch reposition.

2.1.3 检查机械部分正常后,闭合总电源开关(见有关电气图纸)。闭合变频器电源开关,此时控制柜内变频器得电,变频器上的LED 显示相关信息。操作变频器面板可以显示输出端运转频率,电流、电压、线速度、转矩等相关参数,也可以显示变频器的输入状态。输入端连接是否错误或断线等信息(详细操作参见《变频器说明手册》),但此时现场的输送电机应不运转。

After examining the mechanical section and confirm everything ’s good, select the general power switch “0QF ”(Please see the relevant electrical drawings). Close the power switch of the frequency inverter and the switch of the motor heater, and the frequency inverter in control box has power available, the LED display relevant information. The output frequency, current, voltage, line speed and torque parameter could be displayed by the inverter panel. Also, the status of inverter input, input connection error or cable broken information could be displayed (please see the FREQUENCY INVERTER MANUAL for reference). But the motor should not be run at the moment.

2.1.4 在控制柜中给仪表送电:则仪表得电并有显示,流量为零。

Power on the integrator from control box: integrator has power and display. The flow-rate is zero (0)

2.1.5 闭合清扫链电源开关、出口闸门控制电源、控制电源开关及给煤机照明灯电源开关,此时运行前准备工作就绪,注意观察系统有无异常及故障情况,如有报警需检查故障原因并及时排除故障。

Close the power switch and inlet gate control power and outlet gate control power and the control power and the light power breaker. The preparation work before operation are ready. Observe whether there are any abnormity or fault, in case find fault, please investigate the reason and eliminate it.

2.1.6 设定变频器参数,使变频器操作方法设定在 “端子信号操作”状态,频率设定命令设定在 “键盘操作”状态。(参阅《变频器说明手册》),最高频率设置在50HZ ,基本频率也设置在50HZ 。

Frequency inverter parameter setting: set the inverter work mode to “terminal signal operation ” mode, set frequency setting as “keypad operation ” mode ( see FREQUENCY INVETER MANUAL for reference). The highest frequency is set as 50Hz, the basic frequency is set as 50Hz too.

2.1.7就地开出料闸门:闭合出口闸门控制电源, 将旋钮旋到“就地”位置,然后将旋

钮旋到“开”位置则出料闸门打开,旋到“关” 则出料闸门关闭。

Manually open the outlet gate: Firstly close the breaker, turn the knob to “local ” position,and then turn the knob to “open ” position, and the outlet gate will be opened; Turn the knob to “close ” position, and then the outlet gate will be closed.

2.1.8 启动给煤机:在控制箱面板上按下“输送机启动”按钮,使继电器吸合,变频器启动信号闭合,此时给煤机运行。 输送机运行指示灯点亮。在变频器操作面板上按频率增大按钮使变频器输出频率增大,输出电压电流发生变化且现场电机的转速也发生相应变化; 在输送机运行过程中,要检查皮带是否跑偏,若跑偏要及时通过螺旋张紧器对皮带进行跑偏校正。按下控制柜面板上停止按钮则输送机停止。

Start feeder: press ‘conveyor start’ button on control box panel, relays is excited. The frequency inverter starts signal ‘on ’, the feeder runs. The conveyor run indicator is on. Press frequency increase button on inverter control box to increase the frequency output, the voltage and current output changes and the motor speed changes accordingly. During the operation of the feeder, it ’s necessary to check whether the belt runs off. In case the belt runs off, the screw tension adjuster should be adjusted to correct the belt. Press ‘conveyor stop’ buttonon control box panel to stop feeder.

2.1.9 启动清扫器:在控制箱上将清扫方式开关选择到手动位置, 按下”清扫器启动”按钮,接触器吸合,清扫电机得电, 清扫器运行。 清扫器运行指示灯亮。

The Purging motor can be manually started and stopped from the control box. Set the purging mode selector switch on the control box to “Manual ” position to start the purging motor. Press “purging Start” button from the operation panel to make the contactor pick up. At this time, the purging motor is energized to start operation. The Run light of the purging lights.

2.1.10 仪表参数设定:在运行一段时间皮带驱于稳定后,可对6105B 仪表参数设定(详见《6105B 仪表使用说明书》),如输入仪表小数点位置、秤的单位、秤容量、传感器容量及其灵敏度,皮带一周长度、标定方式、低流量报警设定等原始参数(初次使用时需输入原始参数,正常使用时一般不要随便改变或重输入这些原始参数)。

Integrator parameter setting: after the belt feeder runs stably for a while, the parameter of integrator 6105B could be set. (See details in 6105B INTEGRATOR OPERATION MANUAL for reference.) The original parameter, such as decimal location, scale unit, scale capacity, load cell capacity and sensitivity, belt one cycle length, calibration mode, low rate alarm setting, etc. could be set. (Enter original parameters for the first time operation. DO NOT change or re-enter these original parameters at will in normal operation)

2.1.11 称重给料机的标定

首先获取测试周期,然后进行零点标定,零点稳定后可进行间隔标定。间隔的标定有实物标定、链码标定、挂码标定等方法。经过几次的间隔标定,使秤达到了称重计量标准,就可用于物料的正常称重计量、累计。具体标定步骤详见《6105B 仪表说明书》。

Calibrate the feeder to obtain test period first and then run zero calibration. After zero stables, run span calibration. There are three kinds of span calibrations, they are material calibration, chain calibration and test weight calibration respectively. After several times span calibration, the scale reach weighing measure standards and can be used to measure, totalize the materials. For detailed calibration procedure, please see 6105B INTEGRATOR OPERATION MANUAL for reference.

2.1.12 当秤标定完成后,就可以进行PID 自动控制的调整。首先将变频器的频率设定命令设置在 “电压和电流输入”状态,6105B 仪表处于 “自动”状态,通过键盘设 19

定给料量设定值,则系统进行自动恒量给料状态,适当调节PID 参数,使系统响应快、超调小,达到最佳控制状态。6105B 仪表根据给料量设定值,通过输出4-20mA 信号控制变频器、自动调整皮带机转速,使动态流量尽可能接近设定值,同时仪表显示出控制误差值。

After calibration, run PID auto control adjusting. At first, set ‘frequency set order’ of the frequency inverter to “voltage and current input” mode, set 6105B integrator to “auto ” mode, set the feed rate via keypad. The system goes into auto fixed-rate feeding mode. Adjusting the PID parameters properly to make the system response quickly and reach the optimum control condition. The integrator 6105B adjusts the belt speed automatically via 4-20mA output according to the setting feed rate, making the dynamic flow-rate to approach the set value. 行指示、清扫链运行指示、清扫链断链报警指示、超温报警指示、跑偏报警指示、堵煤报警指示、变频器故障等。(详见电气元件布置图)。如出现所指示内容的故障请按照所反映的内容及时加以排除。

Fault disposal and information display

There ’re many indicator lights on control cabinet to show the equipments state. They represent power, conveyor running, purging running, chain broken alarm, overtemperature alarm, misalignment alarm, outlet blocking alarm, transducer fault alarm and so on. If there’s any fault, you should remove it in time.

2.2. 自动控制

AUTOMATIC OPERATION

进入自动工作方式之前,请注意将所有给煤机按上述类似的方法进行调试,只有

经调试确认每台给煤机完全工作正常后才可进行自动工作。

Prior to auto control, please note all feeders should be commissioned as per the guide above. Only those feeders that being commissioned and confirmed to be able to normally operate could run auto operation.

2.2.1需自动运行,系统全部送电, 这时将控制箱上的操作旋钮、闸门控制箱上的旋钮旋到远程位置及清扫按钮旋到“自动”,进行启停操作并指示其状态。

Put the system into automatic operation, and power all the equipments. In order to allow remote operation by customer, both the selector switch on the control box and the selector switch on the outlet gate control box should be set to “Remote ”. And set the purging switchon the control box to “Auto ” position.

2.2.2 在远程启停信号消失时,系统将停止输送机和清扫链。

The conveyor will be stopped by receiving remote stop signal.

Conveyor and cleaner reducer

3.1.1 油位检查:至少每六个月检查一次; 检查时须停止电源并减速器冷却 下来方能拆开油位塞检查油样和油位, 然后酌情补充润滑油或更换.. Oil level inspection should be done every six months. During oil sample and oil level inspection, the power must be shut down and after the reducer cools down. Fill or replace lubricating oil if necessary.

3.1.2 油的更换:更换油时须停止电源并减速器冷却下来方能拆掉油位塞通气阀/排气阀和排油塞将油全部排除; 拧入排油塞通过通气孔注入新的油并至油位塞要求位置, 然后拧入油位塞, 拧入通气塞和通气阀.. Oil replacement: During oil replacement, the power must be shut down and after the reducer cools down, the oil level plug ventilation valve, exhaust valve and oil plug should be removed to empty the oil. Screw the oil plug to fill new oil through the venthole to the required level and screw the oil level plug. Screw vent plug and vent valve.

3.1.3 润滑油:详见减速器使用说明书. Lubricant: To see the operation manual of reducer.

Bearing for Head & tail pulley

3.2.1 润滑脂: 2#工业锂基润滑脂. Grease: 2# industrial lithium grease

3.2.2 润滑方式: 油枪注油. Grease method: filling with oil gun

3.2.3 润滑周期: 每隔两周加注一次油脂. Grease Period: every two weeks

3.2.4 注意事项: 必须按规定油脂牌号加注, 避免用不同种类油脂混合变质 影响轴承使用; 加脂时不宜使用过分的压力以免损坏密封装置; 加注

油脂以新脂从轴承内部略有挤出为宜. Matters should be noted: use grease

specified, avoid using various type of grease, which will cause deteriorate and then

influence bearing’s operating. When adding grease, to protect seal unit from damaged,

not to impose great pressure on it. Grease filled should be squeezed a little from

inside of bearing, which is preferred.

运行过程中应经定期检查托辊转动是否灵活, 出现不转或滞转的应取 出托辊将迷宫式密封圈拆下, 检查轴承并酌情换之同时抹入普通钙基 润滑脂将密封圈装入. 注意装密封圈时须将其侵入热水中使其变软否 则易损坏密封圈.

During period of operating, idlers should be checked and tested for their flexibility

periodically, once no cycling or dull cycling occurs, remove these idlers and then

remove the labyrinth seal loop, check bearings and replace them accordingly, and

meanwhile, put a little lime grease into and replace the seal loop. Please noted that

before replace seal loop, put it into warm water and soften it, otherwise seal loop is

easy to damage.)

使用过程中应经常观察皮带的张力大小及跑偏情况, 酌情调整尾轮张 紧器使皮带张力适中并稳定运行; 必要时可更换During operating,

operator should observe whether belt run off and belt tension, etc…, to make sure belt

runs normally, adjust the tail roller ’s tensioner to get a right tension, if necessary,

replace the belt.

每一个月将秤架浮灰清理一次; 并重点检查称重托辊运转是否灵活、 称重托辊支架及整个秤体与机架固定螺拴是否松动酌情处理. Clean weight bridge once every month, check whether weighing idler runs flexible, whether weighing idler carriage and the whole scale as well as setscrews loose, any problem found, operator should take some measure promptly, to maintain weighing bridge’s normal operating.
