某商场建筑运行能耗模拟与节能分析

摘要:借助DesignBuilder 能耗模拟软件,建立了威海市某商场建筑模型,对其全年能耗进行模拟分析;采用正交试验法模拟分析得出影响该商场能耗大小的主要因素,并提出相应节能措施。

ABSTRACT: Energy simulation software named DesignBuilder was used to develop an energy consumption model of a shopping mall in Weihai. A method named orthogonal experiment is chosen to analyze and select the main factors affect the market energy consumption. And the corresponding energy-saving measures are proposed.

0 引言
商场类建筑由于建筑面积大、营业时间长、客流密度大和用电密度高等特点,与其他类型公共建筑相比,单位面积电耗密度高且全年总能耗量大[1]。并且,随着人们对购物环境舒适性要求的不断提高,商场类建筑的能耗还会持续增加,因此商场类建筑的节能任务极其艰巨。本文以威海市某商场为例,借助DesignBuilder 能耗模拟软件对商场建筑能耗进行分析,找出影响商场建筑能耗大小的主要因素,并提出商场类建筑节能的关键措施。
