a、报价发了没反应

一般来说,报过价格,客人马上回复谈样品单的比较少,除非他急着采购,对于这些,可以先试探问一下他们的具体的需求,要求,他们进口国家,如果够牛的话,可以问他们的采购价格。比如 : Dear sir/ madam:

Hope you still remember me , on (time), I sent you the quotation for (your products) (提醒对方记起你),well, you maybe busy ,I totally understand you didn't reply (善解人意,拉近关系)。I reviewed your website carefully, and have much interest to make a start for cooperation,(关注对方产品,表示合作愿望), to provide the best special service, could you pls tell me your requirement (quality , quantity ,delivery ) ? so that we can do better.(为了提供更好服务,请提供我这些信息) Best Regards

如果上面的信发了还是没反应,可能就是价格过高了,客人懒得回了,为了验证猜测,过一两周,我会发给客人这样的邮件 : Dear xxx :

Our market department made a promote plan for some of our items, pls find the details in attachment (注意,其实附件没有任何文件)。

在平时商务往来中,本人发现很多客户在对公司某个产品价格询盘后,我及时给予报价,但是报价后就一直没有客户的反应,没有见有订单。像这种情况下,作为一个销售人员,应该如何处理呢?应该写什么内容的邮件去给客户以求进一步跟进呢?应该在发出报价后几天内发出邮件比较合适呢? 针对这些问题,本人提出以下三个解决方法,如果哪位网友有更好地办法,不妨拿出来让大家一起参考。

回复B:先写邮件问清情况。本人觉得先写邮件问清情况,简单的询问,如HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY P/I, IS THERE ANY QUESTION OR PROBLEM WITH YOU? 再问何时开L/C 或汇订金过来.....如客户没回复,那你应该(很有必要)打个电话过去问清情况。是价格问题还是临时发生改变? 客户是中间商,还在等最终客户的确认?还是其它问题?然后根据情况做一些措施看能否挽回这一张订单。

注:从别的地方看到的,就把自己认为有用的留下来了 嘿嘿第一:客户要自己一个一个去找,收集客户的信息。不要公司给你一张几百个邮件地址的表,你就拿来到邮件群发软件里,用自己写好的一封固定的邮件版式群发。

第二:找到的客户,进行归类,然后从它的网站中去判断它是一个什么公司,自主品牌还是经销商等等。然后得出你的结论,它需要我给它什么,它想了解什么。只有这样判断之后,你写出来的邮件,让它看到之后就会觉得:你对他们很了解,你很用心,然后它也会去了解你。

第三:第一封邮件,千万别说自己的产品如何如何,别人看到之后最多就是去你邮件中的公司网站地址看一眼。因为对方也是同行业的,你说产品如何如何,对方比你清楚多了,再说产品的质量不是你说高就高的,而是要让客户觉得你的产品确实好。

第四:那么第一封邮件该如何写呢。首先,根据我上述说的,去判断你的客户;其次,写出针对性的邮件;第三,强调你们公司的经验与你们能给他带来什么,当然千万别直接说“我们的产品能给你们公司带来丰厚的利润”这种话,瞎扯!最后:简单地说明如果你想了解更多就去网站,如何有任何问题就联系你。

第五:在附件里插一张你们产品的图片。

第六:邮件标题,一定得是你们的产品名称。

第二封邮件,首先有两种情况。

一:对方不回你的第一封询盘,那你得发第二封去跟进

二:对方肯定要求你报价,那么该如何回。

重点讲第二种情况,第一种的话隔个一星期吧发封邮件去,问客户收到你邮件没有,是否对产品感兴趣,有没有什么问题等。最好,就是制作一个Excel表格,把你的产品详细的介绍出来,什么用料啊,配置啊,规格啊等等。然后放附件里,一并发过去。

有许多客户都是看到你的第二封跟进才回你邮件,说对产品感兴趣这些的。所以,千万别小看了这封跟进的邮件。

第二种情况,对方说对产品感兴趣,要你报价过去。要记住,商人永远追求的就是利润,无利可图的事是不会干的,有些精明的商人在前期看视亏了一大把,其实则不然,他们是在为后期丰厚的利润做准备。所以,在如此众多的报价中,对方看的是什么,那就是谁的价格低。

所以,千万别傻呼呼的去应他的要求写邮件,他叫你报价你就傻呼呼的报个价过去。最多两种情况,一是你的价格太多吓到他了,从此他一去不复返;二是你的价格他很满意,但是他会作比较,别人现有的产品做的好好的,就算你价格低那有什么必要买你的产品,这种情况,他就会深思熟虑。

那么,这种要求报价的邮件该如何回呢,我总结了以下几方面。

第一:感谢他对我们产品感兴趣

第二:说自己产品的一些主要规格,配置和特点

第三:附件里给他发几张你们产品的图片,吸引他去关注你们的产品,进而去了解你们的网站,了解产品和公司

第四:进一步地强调你能给他带来什么。

第五:千万别报价,记住,在成交还没达成的情况下,价格是你唯一的砝码。

I'm very introduce our product to you,XXX产品。(开头,我看了好多,百度啊等等,大家都说开头写自己什么公司的,怎么知道客户的,这种立马枪毙)对商人而言,管你是哪来的,管你怎么知道他的,时间就是金钱,一句话简单概括。 》接上面。We have …某方面的经验,不断地提升了产品的质量和技术,积累了许多经验。(这是第二句话,有的人就觉得第一句不是说介绍产品吗,那么第二句就应该接上

啊。枪毙!产品不是一两句话就介绍清楚的,你要让客户了解你产品,最直接的不是文字,是图片。那么说这句话的用意在哪呢,体现你公司的实习和产品的价值) 以上是第一段话,第二段。

写出他现在做哪些产品,什么样的市场(这就得你去了解他们的网站,从网站的信息中去判断,所以我说去判断对方很重要),然后说明我们的产品,和他所做产品的区别,有哪些优势,问他是否感兴趣。

接下来第三段和第四段 If you want to see more informaiton,pls visit our website.(记得在后面加网站链接,而且字体一定要大点。 If you have any question about our product,pls contact with me.Thank you! XXXXX就这么简单,分四段,加上一张你们产品的图片,OK
