书面表达一直是高考英语试卷的压轴题,分值可观。高考在即,加强表达表达方面的训练很有必要。书面表达一般通过给出提纲、图画、图表等信息,考查考生综合运用所学知识完成写作任务的能力,考生需要具有基本的英语词法、句法知识,还要有较强的逻辑思维能力和语言表达能力。

要成功完成写作任务,需要处理好两类信息的表达,一类是基本信息,这一类信息一般通过提纲、图画、图表等信息给出,考生要仔细审题,不能遗漏要点;一类是添加信息,考生要想使自己的作文行文连贯通顺,要适量适宜围绕一些所给要点添加信息,目前,高考英语书面表达命题形式日趋灵活开放,有时仅仅给出少量素材,或者提供一个主题,让学生在此基础上自由发挥,在这种情况下,考生加强添加信息技能的训练就显得更加重要。 下面,就从处理两类信息,探讨不同类型书面表达的写作。

一、 英语书信

1、 英语书信的基本信息要点处理

应用文是高考英语书面表达考察最常见的一种体裁,考察内容接近考生的学习和生活实际,能够充分考生的英语写作水平。应用文通常都有一定的格式,虽然高考作文应用文的考察一般都给出简单的首尾格式,考生可以把主要精力作文的主体内容写作中。应用文中最常考察的就是书信,包括电子邮件。

所有给出的这些要点的正确表达是写作顺利完成的基本保证,在日常写作训练当中,不能够忽视这方面的操练。而且,归根结底作文所给要点的表达其实只是根据所给信息造句,只要有基础的词法句法知识,很容易顺利完成。平常在练习书面表达时,一定要注意梳理要点,尤其是背景信息,练习用不同句子结构完整表达。

上面例子只是讨论了必须要处理的要点。从某种意义上说只是一个骨架,篇幅单薄,不够丰满。这就涉及书面表达中另外一个重要方面:可以适当增加信息,使行文连贯。这一技能是顺利且轻松完成书面表达的必备技能之一。下面谈谈细节增添技巧的训练。

2、 书信类写作细节增添技巧

细节增添技巧一:增加格式信息。和汉语书信一样,英语书信也有一定格式,书信开始和结束有一些习惯表达。关于格式细节的增加,只要在平常的写作训练中要注意留心积累,就可以完整得体的表达出来。

细节增添技巧二:围绕已给要点,适当增加细节。这是考生训练细节增添技巧的重中之重。增添一定要有度,注意适宜和适度。所谓适宜,是指细节增添内容要有关联性,不能与所给内容风马牛不相及。所谓适度,是指书面表达有篇幅要求,词数一般在120词左右,

词数过少或者过多都可能会导致失分。

这一篇书面表达所给信息很多,所给要点加上增添的格式细节已经有100词左右。因此只需要审读初稿,增加少量信息。首先,可以增加一些连接成分,使句与句之间更加连贯。其次,围绕个别已给信息,增加少量相关信息。
