二年级数学课题组集体备课计划

(2012—2013学年第二学期)

为了进一步落实集体备课活动以课堂教学为重点,以提高课堂教学有效性为目的,通过“集体备课”,“校本教研”等方式提高集体备课效益。为了充分发挥集体智慧,促进以老带新,以新促老,集思广益,博采众长,真正实现脑资源共享,使全体教师能从单元整体上驾驭教材,结合我校以往的经验,特制定集体备课计划。

一、指导思想:

认真开展课题组集体备课活动,在备课中抓住三个结合:与新的理论结合,与集思广益结合,与课堂高效相结合。开展“一课、一议、一思、一得”的教研活动。实施集体备课与教研活动相结合,针对教学的某一问题进行研讨,组里若有亮点教学设计,及时与其他教师共享。

二、目标及做法

1、每周组织一次集体备课,时间定在星期四上午。

2、每次集体备课有中心发言人,有主题,有记录,使集体备课落到实处,全面提高教师业务素质。

三、成立集体备课人员。

四、备课要求

严格按照国家课程标准“自主、综合、拓展、创新”和“先学后教”的教学思想和有关要求进行。具体应做到以下几个方面:

1、做到五备:备课程标准、备教材、备教法、备学生、备教学程序。

2、体现五点:知识点、能力点、重难点、教育点及学生容易出错点。

3、力争三定:定时间、定内容、定中心。

4、抓五研究:研究重点、难点、教法、学法和考法。

5、做到五统一:统一目标、统一进度、统一训练,统一单元测试。

五、备课程序

1、将教材以单元、课时为单位进行划分,确定备课内容。

2、将备课内容分配给各教师,确定中心发言人(主备人)。

3、由中心发言人谈教材的处理意见,然后集体讨论形成核心意见(书面材料)。处理意

见指本单元的教学目标、知识点、重点、难点,本单元的教法、学法,本单元的跟踪训练及单元检测。

4、中心发言人(主备人)根据讨论后所形成的意见设计本单元教案(每一课时),发给本年级组每位教师。

5、教师领到教案后,根据本班具体情况进行修改补充和再创造(必须在教案上见到文字痕迹),力求体现共性和个性的完美结合。

6、运用此种教案授课后及时在“教后记”中进行反思和改进。

六、督查与评比

备课组长对组内成员的活动进行督查,对不落实,不开展活动的教师予以通报批评和作出相关处理。
